Junior pilot is 15100 on the current list I think.
So someone hired today could be a group 4 FO in 3.5 years if we hire/retire 900/yr for the next few years (all else staying the same).
We're also trading 767s for 787s in the next few years.
We could also see our stock price cut in half yet again in even less time, so who knows.

The list gets corrected in July. Everyone will move up by x amount of retirements/attrition ahead of them. The most junior guy/girl is in the 15,500 range... they’ll move up to the 14,xxx range in a couple months.

You'd think in the age of computers the list could be refreshed more often.....like every 6 months.

Doesn’t really seem like that big of a deal.

I can see both sides. I can see why it wouldn’t matter, but I can also see that it would be easier to see trend data. While I do use the APA membership list a lot, it would be nice to see the constant shuffle on the company’s side

Is that list on the APA site or AApilots? And where abouts can it be found? Thanks

Pick the airline that works best for you and where you’d like to live. Don’t chase an airplane.... WB flying is a different life, but you don’t wanna deal with a place and work rules you may not be able to stand till you get there.
