None of our other affiliates have what Republic is asking for. In addition, nothing has changed per their memo. It even states, priority is by time of check in. That is how it's always been. AA pilots NEVER had priority on their jumpseat over OAL guys. Their memo, in the first part where it talks about "American Airways", is not correct and honestly looks like this was typed up in Gmail.
What they are asking is for gate agents to process the list out of order and accommodate D6 riders of which we cannot be listed as.

The way it should work is everyone gets priority on their own flying. Republic always gets priority on their own flying. Below that, if it's an AA coded flight, AA should have priority over an OAL.
An AA flight is OAL for Republic. Republic does not have their code attached to that flight therefore should not go above another offline guy.

They are only asking that on AA and AA WO, they as you do on their metal, get JS priority on other airlines like B6, NK, SWA, like, until now, you did on their metal. Information is an amazing thing.

They do not get priority on all 3. Again, again, just inform yourself before making assumption.

AA has never had priority on Republic despite what that misinformed memo has stated. I went round and round with our jumpseat committee about this several years ago. It has always been first to check in at the gate.
However they are trying to process the list out of order and take all D6 listed first, and only then D1/D2, regardless of check in time. Since we can't list as a D6, that makes us last, which is worse than when you list on our flights.
It seems this change was not well thought out on their part.

NOW, AA and Eagle pilots will go AFTER all offline pilots on republic eagle flight jumpseats. So AA and eagle pilots dont even get equal priority, they go last.

Currently Republic gets equal priority with other offline airlines. Non wholly owned delta regionals also got equal offline priority with other offline carriers when it came to the jumpseat on delta mainline or wholly owned operated flights. AA actually gives Republic priority AHEAD of AA and eagle pilots for a Cabin seat on republic AA flights.

1)DL by time of checkin
2)EDV by time of checkin
3)OO,YX,G7,CP by time of checkin
4)everyone else bt TOC
also at least at OO we get priority in the cabin of OO operated DL flights. what republic is asking for seems to mirror this priority.

Is there a reason why you can’t list D6? my travel ID won’t let you?

Good luck with getting AA gate agents to do anything you say. The whole thing is stupid. It isnt republics fault but AA is paying for that flight and thus should get priority over OAL JSers. But hey, lets not let common sense enter into the equation and put the Delta guy in the JS on an American Eagle flight that American is paying for. Umm
