Yup, won't be any furlough..Demand coming back stronger than predicted. AA and Envoy set to soar.

Wow - congrats to AA on pulling this off in a tough tough market! Any concerns that if AA keeps full staff a LCC might jump in underneath without the extra costs and just crush AA? LCC's have done well sometimes in big changes if they switch things up more quickly than the mainline players.

Chatted a fo today in clt. He was called out to DH to grab a 737 from storage to take to clt. Maybe just for the maintenance team to re learn the NG models? Either way it’s not bad news.

A lot of our jets have been pulled out of storage. Heard some reports of PIT starting to clear out.

"American Airlines announces further staff cuts, plans to reduce management, support staff by 30%"

That's a good # to start with. Anything else you are kidding
yourself.

Those pax coming "back" are also flying on insanely low ticket prices. Prices that will need to stay extremely low to entice the public to travel again. Only problem, with 21 million people out of work nobody has $ to travel. Proof is in the amount of Americans tapping into what little they have in a 401K

Your debt will kill you faster than any comeback might be possible.

Parker just stated on Wednesday 27th call when asked about bankruptcy "Bankruptcy is failure, and we're not going to do that" given that statement to the banks and investors that are betting on a bankruptcy. And Parkers past dealings. You are at least heading for a For Sale sign on the door.

It's a little early for drunk posting, isn't it?

Me, too! Let's just pretend that the unemployment rate isn't 15% and growing, and that there won't be world wide economic repercussions for a long time.

I just got divorced, re-married, bought a sports car and a boat! Smooth sailing ahead, no pun intended.
