As always, it depends. Here is my .02
1.) Interview with both.
2.) decide if you will commute long term or want to live in base.
3.) look at retirement data (seniority is everything)
4.) is flying one style airframe or having wide body aircraft a want
5.) bear in mind airlines go from the prom queen to a truck stop trixie and back during a career.
6.) accept your first offer, and when the other offers the CJO make your decision.
and finally
7.) you will not know you made the right decision until you retire.
congrats on the interviews
(I'm at AA and don't regret it, I have a lot of good buddies at SWA and they don't regret it.)

I appreciate the response. Lots of good perspectives to consider. I think the biggest factors for me will be living in base and retirement.

It all depends on base options imo. Do you want to commute or not…whomever has the livable base, go there…or even the closest base to home. Definitely go to both though.

I got an email about a week after I applied to pick a date for an interview. Make sure you check your spam folder too, I have a friend that applied to a different airline and his invitation was in the spam folder.
