My goal is MIA base. If I can't get it in indoc, I know I'll be able to bid for it in the next vancacy bid or possibly base swap with someone. AA Work Traits after getting interview invite?
Been combing thru this thread and was wondering if this work traits assessment has any impact on a interview/CJO?
Delta has you take the assessment before getting an interview. So this is a little different.
I was just wondering how much influence this may have. I also thought I remembered taking a personality test in the Pilot Skills Test in pilot credentials, when I originally submitted the app, but that was a while ago.
