Yes, you can switch. Going from “D” to “I” is also a great way to fall between the cracks and be unqualified in your new status…and not fly much (talking reserve here).

AA Work Traits after getting interview invite?

Been combing thru this thread and was wondering if this work traits assessment has any impact on a interview/CJO?

Delta has you take the assessment before getting an interview. So this is a little different.

I was just wondering how much influence this may have. I also thought I remembered taking a personality test in the Pilot Skills Test in pilot credentials, when I originally submitted the app, but that was a while ago.

No one knows. Its just part of the recipe. Take it and you'll be fine.

Has recency been an issue with getting an interview? Have any military pilots gotten an interview with less than 100 hours in the last year?

I’m non military, have less than 20 hours in the last year and got called for an interview.
