Any chance for a bump on this question? I think it got lost when waiting on approval to post.

Nothing yet. I went with a very large group of people, all of which have heard nothing from AA.

What is the Work Traits assessment? Anything I should do to prepare?

My tabs actually showed up before I got the email for the 'candidate database' stuff. It's all just repetitive info so the HR side has what they need on you. Others I've heard had it within a day or two. This was back in the fall. Doesn’t seem to have changed. Cliff notes version...it's all over the map. Complete the stuff as you get it and good luck at your interview.

It's a personality assessment/exercise. Just be calm, rested, and without distraction and knock it out. You'll be fine. Good luck.

Thank you! I was very hopeful after getting the successfactors email but haven't received the rest yet. I know they have a lot going on so I will continue to patiently wait!

I've heard second and third hand of it happening, don't know how much truth there is to it. It seems odd to me too. I mean, if I was in recruitment and someone I hadn't showed interest in showed me their CJO from another carrier I'd say, "Good job! Go get em' cowboy!", if anything.

But if that's the path to AA from a WO, then that's the path...
I’m at one of the WOs and did this. I had a CJO and class date from SWA. Emailed the AA recruiters and within three weeks had an interview invite. Now waiting on a class date. Still working at the WO until then.

Thanks for that. I have a non-AA legacy interview coming but AA is my first choice so fingers crossed.
