I think a lot of guys rather not be super junior in a base with very little movement. I honestly don’t know how these bottom 3-5 guys got in. Dumb luck and not enough people bidding the position

This last vacancy award really wasn't surprising. Many people did not want to bid to have training in summer or around the Holidays, so people that were bypassing previously took the March upgrade/move. This is pretty typical. All in all, it was a decent award. Things went up just a little bit, but will fall quickly in the next few awards.
