Who’s “you LAA guys?

You take what the leadership of APA did a decade ago and can’t let it go. Attitudes like yours are why we are still a fractured group. We need to stop with the finger pointing at “you guys” and come together as a cohesive group and try to fix the issues we have now. Playing the blame game for things that happened a decade ago, and done by people who are now largely retired, is completely pointless and counterproductive.

And don’t forget, no cancellation pay unless it was the last sequence of the month. US Airways was a joke at the end. Get real guys.

You all need to cut thus **** out with the East vs West vs Legacy etc. It's over and in the past. Bringing it up over and over again whether it's on the forums or in the cockpit is only going to divide the pilot group. I've enjoyed my time here but as some one hired after all this I'm definitely looking forward to the retirements coming up because many of those who can't let go will leave and new blood will be coming in with no dog in the fight.

I do. When I get left behind due to "rare" weight issues. Yes, it's time to move on, but let's not forget who screwed whom.
FYI, people in DFW and GSW still care.

And the LAA under and overfly. Both had terrible parts of their contract. The main point I am trying to make that good things were given up due to arrogance.

Fortunately, those hired post merger will outnumber those hired before soon.
Post merger hires already vastly outnumber LUS and this summer will outnumber all premerger groups. Early 2014 hires will hit 50% this summer. He thinks DFW guys are holding onto this **** like he is. They aren’t, it’s a super minority, just like him. Most people never even talk about it and aren’t consumed by it.

Ahhh the “olden days”. USAPA vs Native Americans…..pages and pages of electrons wasted. It really doesn’t get any more nostalgic than that on the pilot web boards.

I agree. It’s pretty rare to hear this stuff at work, in person, thank god.

Some people can just never let go of certain things. I spent a day being lectured by a former Envoy guy about the evils of PSA, and then he left a bunch of disparaging comments in one of my probie reports.
