It’s $317/hr job. Clearing close to $300k on first yr pay, that’s a lot of money. Then once seatlock is gone, they can go to WB B, and have better QOL.
$90/hr AA vs $317 DAL 7ER upgrade…+16% 401k + Profit Sharing next year (probably 7-10%).
That’s a lot of money difference and should be exciting.

They're pretty close to the same. Maybe very slightly lower on the 73.

Is movement forecasted to really accelerate at AA for a new hire today? Had a friend that was below 50% on the Airbus in lax at delta in less than a year. Fast movement like that expected at AA soon? Much movement in Dfw coming?

Yes, some bases, not all will get you there. I was sub 50% in my first year as well; not LGA based. CLT, DFW, ORD, nope. Everywhere else, highly likely.
