You’re right, numbers don’t lie. Someone hired right now at delta won’t see near the upward movement they will at AA.

This is no jab at the bros at AA. You guys deserve what Deltas has or better. The problem is your management.
I have stood in the picket lines with you (Miami) because I want the best for you guys.

Not recommending this, but for me:
1. Forced to resign from WO (right when the pay rates went into ludicrous mode!) to handle family emergency. (Lost 4 years of seniority, including towards flow.)
2. When ready to work again after about 6 months off, started at B6 (which I really like, BTW) while waiting to hear back from legacies.
3. Successful AA interview immediately after completing type rating and IOE.
I may have actually beaten the flow by a year or more, in the end (but with a lot of lost pay and added stress).
Task failed successfully!

Absolutely not. That ship sailed a long time ago at Delta(14-16 hires). I would say I rather be junior at a good company that treats their employers well than be senior in a company that leaves you stranded without hotels.
