No increase to sick time or vacation credit. What does this mean? No more time off. We actually will be working more under this TA than our current jcba. PBS Line values will go up in the summer months and in December too. Our reserves will not be getting an extra day off either.

Summary: none of what Isom offered dealt with QOL. It was all pay items, as expected. Still AA pilots will work more and enjoy worse trip rigs than United and delta. Also we still allowed concessions to our ACD and sit rigs.

Unfortunately, even if you place a plate full of Gold in front of some people, they still find a way to complain about it…

Is it perfect ? No (I never said so)…

Is it a great improvement to the previously offered TA ? Yes… Now a $10 Billion dollar Deal !

For your own sake brother, have some positivity in your life.

Don’t sweat the small stuff fighting over what color Floor-Mats you’re getting, look at the overall Big-Picture.

Wish you the best…

Cheers

Don’t focus on the nitty gritty fighting over what color Floor-Mats you’re getting, look at the overall Big-Picture.

”Focus on the big picture” = Accept the money and don’t care about anything else.

It’s 9 billion. So we are worth a billion dollars less than UALs pilots apparently. Valuation is garbage anyway. A feel good meaningless placebo.

Wish you the best!

Please. With regards to Delta we get more holiday pay days. Way more vacation days. 3% amendable date raise and other thing you don’t even know about like IMAX. Get lost. You guys set the bar on pay, retro, and PS which are huge but don’t get carried away.

You like how your A330 and 764 pay A350 rate now? You’re welcome

Pretty sure we weren’t riding coattails when the Tumi TA came out…

No. We left out crap like global reserve and kept stuff that we have that neither DAL or UAL have.
