Pretty hilarious to see the usual APA shills out en force acting like this is some massive windfall. You guys didn’t even negotiate this just like you barely negotiated your actual TA. You copy/pasted half of the Delta contract and just did the same for the UAL contract. All while very carefully managing not to do a single thing to risk Delta or United snapping up on their pay.
Your management just saw what 2 ALPA carriers got and they know they have to meet it to remain competitive. And once again APA look like clowns. Great job guys, keep up the good work  |

Word is out AA Management just Improved the previously

Improvements to include Industry Leading Retro-Pay, Snap-up Provisions, Accelerated Future Wage Increases to name a few… :D This is Great News for AA pilots ! More details to follow… Robert Isom, in his direct negotiations with the pilots, gave the package an evaluation of 9 billion. Not 10.

Pretty sure we weren’t riding coattails when the Tumi TA came out…
Mocking United while clutching a TA that's the pinnacle of inferiority is becoming an art form in the realm of ridicule. |

They matched pay, retro, and copied the LTD bridge provision. We are still severely lagging United and Delta in nearly all sections, as we all foresaw. After reading the musings of the resident cowards here and on The Line, it appears that we've earned and deserve our rightful place at the bottom of the industry. This pilot group is pathetic. |

Looking at your posts you’ve been saying for a long time this place sucks and that is so toxic blah. Lag. Do you know what makes a place toxic? Toxic people like you. |
NC chair has been recalled. BOD isn’t stepping down and has a big list to counter. It’s not over yet.

You sure are pathetic with that attitude and calling a 15,000 pilot group pathetic, I guess you know every pilot.

Furthermore, I never said this place sucked. I'm defending this place against those who betray our interests and sabotage the entire industry. Keep spreading that sunshine, with perhaps a little less selective outrage. |

Please. With regards to Delta we get more holiday pay days. Way more vacation days. 3% amendable date raise and other thing you don’t even know about like IMAX. Get lost. You guys set the bar on pay, retro, and PS which are huge but don’t get carried away.
You like how your A330 and 764 pay A350 rate now? You’re welcome |

And of course, APA rolled over. Not discounting your clown show assertion, because that’s very true. |
