we shall see. June vacancy starts the summer season. Seniors tend to avoid training over the summer for family, etc.

The training months for the June vacancy are March/April/May. Training start dates go in seniority order (more or less, lots of caveats) so the more senior will be done well before school gets out.

It would be nice to have percentage vacancy bidding and maybe even snapshots along the way.

Spring break, graduation, etc.

Plenty of events during those months for seniors to avoid to be training over those months.

March vacancy tends to be the big one for the seniors to make the move.

March trains Dec/Jan/Feb- potentially Christmas etc.

You could make the same argument about most vacancy bids.

I was always told this one is always a little more senior because of vacation bidding in their seat before the move is effective.

Oh, sorry to hear that—I was referring specifically to the most junior CA award seniority numbers on both NB’s.
