The west won't need to force an arbitration, the apa has already done it.

cactiboss,
Don't go saying that APA has forced an arbitration. Don't try to pull us into your situation. You guys get your stuff figured out, then we will get together and start trying to settle our integration issues. If we, APA and US Air pilots, cannot come to some agreement, then it will go to Bond McCaskill. Don't try and flame the fires against us. There will enough crap thrown around when we do begin the process that will be more than we can stand from both sides of the aisle.
Regards,
Justfun

Mitch is a law student not an attorney. Mitch didn't want to be on the committee, he wants his lawyer (bob bush) to be on the committee. What Mitch and r57's stupid friend don't get is that there are things behind the scenes they aren't previe to, things that get you seats at tables etc.

I know that I'm not privy to a lot of west stuff, but I've never understood the animosity towards Mitch. He has always seemed to be a west pilot advocate and very level headed. If the west is going to have separate representation, I'd feel better with someone he supported on the committee as it will affect us all.

3rd listers. As of today the west has no more standing in the SLI than you do. I have a recommendation. Have someone try to attend the meeting in DC on Friday. If denied, you have all the rights of anyone else.

Actually, the APA believes a negotiated settlement is preferable to an arbitrated one.............at least that's what they're representing to their pilots.
