RELAX yourself and stop picking fights with the home team!! That is only a SMALL portion of the folks that worked long and hard on getting us to and thru that arbitration! David was NOT there, Eric was NOT there nor was that legal team.

I like having Dotter and Payne in there as they are both well versed on the process and know the game. I just dont see this as you do as this major world series win by any means. If the east is not made to honor that arbitration and gets a second bite at the apple its a victory for them plain and simple. Now in my personal view I dont see that happening but thats not because the west has separate standing but rather the arbitration carries with it certain rights. Getting out of an arbitration is next to impossible

Mitch just can’t stand not having a title and not being in control. The xxxxxxx FPL xxxxxx of the ALPA days are getting antsy!

He is one of the team that "elected" the west merger committee. The committee that will represent the entire west group in the merger with one of the most powerful pilot unions in the nation. He says Mitch has no authority. As of today, what authority does AOL have? What liability does it have?

Between USAPA and this bunch the APA has to be laughing it's rear off!
Aol is the class representative by law, go look it up. Oh and the company is responsible for the MB process and with the apa, your future union, has decided the west will have a seat wether or not the court orders it.

The smartest west pilot I know thinks that AOL will shoot itself in the foot and really wants Vasin on the committee.

Mitch Vasin is an extremely intelligent person and one that I would pick. He comes with tons of real union work experience and is an attorney. Now where I dont agree is the team shooting themselves in the foot. Russ Payne is what I would call wicked smart and Doug Dotter knows his way around the process of negotiations better than most care to admit. I will take ZERO away Braid and Eric as both are highly intelligent young men.

You aren't using your brain to think things thru. Even with the Nic do you want usapa representing you in sli? There is no guarantee the judge will order the Nic is there? The reason this is a big deal is the west gets to put the Nic in front of the arbitrators even if the judge doesn't order it, something that would never happen if the west wasn't there.

Braid is one of the ones that filed the complaint that got Hogg's letter entered into evidence. I've had some dealing with him and don't share your opinion.

I do share you opinion of Mitch. I'd feel better with him on your committee.

I don't know the rest.

No, he is very smart. He is someone I listen to, even when I don't like what he's saying.

You just ignore anyone that doesn't see things just like you, as you are doing with WD.

Mitch is a law student not an attorney. Mitch didn't want to be on the committee, he wants his lawyer (bob bush) to be on the committee. What Mitch and r57's stupid friend don't get is that there are things behind the scenes they aren't previe to, things that get you seats at tables etc.
