what's so bad about getting more 190s? The more A/C the better right?

I've said it before, and I'll say it again.
The two worst sources of rumors are: 1) The Training Dept. 2) The FAA inspector on your jump seat. However, I fully believe the part about the E-190's. The majority of US pilots apparently didn't see that little land mine planted in the MOU when they voted "Yes". They must have blinded by those swell new pay rates. On the 190s, that did give me pause. The fact that they had to be shared with AA and that we have so many other aircraft on order tempered my concern. We'll see. It's the size of the F100 that both US and AA flew, but got paid a whole heck of a lot better. |

How many more do they have? I thought US took back all of the E190s that they leased to RAH?

frontier has been sold and republic flys those 190s for them as well as some casino charters. I doubt they want to keep them for much longer.

More heavy rumors....
Possible 777LRs from Air India to be placed on new routes to JHB, DXB, HKG etc. This is about to get really interesting! |
...Or real disappointing depending on how much you like to believe.
|
How will this work? Will American crews staff PHL 777 flying or would US crews?
|
I guess this entire discussion is moot now, isn't it?

US 190's currently don't fly to DEN. Were you talking about a RAH190? It was halfway down the runway as we were taxiing (I was a passenger), so yes probably an RAH...forgot they still had E190's. |
