Starting in September, legacy AA will be interviewing (face to face) three classes of 20(ish) per month, this includes the AA pilot recruitment folks taking over the hiring for legacy US. They've been hiring a VERY high percentage of applicants making it to the face to face interview stage. Factor at least 20 Eagle flows a month as well. I don't know when the last legacy US interviews are scheduled.

Although no one will say (at least to our class) how long this will last, we were told that the limiting factor was sim/instructor availability due to all the movement... 80 a month is pretty good though!

Good luck!

^^

Guesstimate of 50 (AA) plus 30 (US) per month.
7 x 80 = 500+
