So, the "pins and needles" are starting to poke a bit harder if you know what I mean! I did the Video Interview Sunday 7/20 and I'm still waiting for any type of correspondence (ie "Add info" email). Just found out someone I know did the Vid Interview a few days after me, and got the "Add Info" email last night.

Should I be worried? I know I'm still within the timeline, heck, it's only been 6 days, but everyone here knows how the mind works...

Thanks everybody.

Your situation happens quite often. Don't sweat it. Start preparing for the actual interview.

I appreciate the response, Snoopy. It's funny how the mind works. As the days go on the confidence dwindles, but I'm honestly just thankful for the opportunity!

Thanks,

P

Anyone else notice that the "questionnaire" portion of the application suddenly only went to 7 total questions instead of 13?

So from what I was told durring my drug testing for new hire- the August 11th class is about 41 pilots to be at AA indoc;

11 USAir attending for indoc
5 that are recal AA furlough
25 comprised of new hire and flow through from Eagle.

I'm an Eagle/ Envoy guy...
Looking forward to meeting everyone

Guys at the most recent interview were told they could be the first group to go to either side and that they would find out during indoc.

That is a little different than what I got directly from the AA hiring department:

Only applicants who interview on or after 24Jul14 will be subject to the dual placement possibility.

Take that FWIW. I guess we will see in the Aug 26 class.

I was told during a July 24 interview by a line pilot you would be told when you pick your equipment/base. During the HR portion, I was told when the company calls with an offer, it would specifically be for an AA class or a US class. Conflicting information on the same day from two sources. It seemed the HR rep was more "in the know" about placement procedures.
