Are they still only to roughly March 2015 in the pool? I'm of course pleased that people are getting CJOs, but it's a bummer to be 10-11 months treading water in the pool.

There's an OTS in the 19 January class that interviewed in Feb/Mar 2015. Have they not run interviews/sent CJOs for most of 2015? That's the only way I would think the pool would be empty.

Correct.
They stopped OTS interviews after March and didn't resume until Dec, IIRC. March guys didn't even get CJO's until Novemberish time frame. The same thing could easily happen again this year with recalls taking OTS slots, so if you get a class date, take it...
