American interviews and class dates
#501
So I just logged in again, and double checked my junk mail… …no TBNT email from AA. I see some guys talking about a video interview, how does that get set up? Would that be the next step if I move on?
Thanks and good luck to all.

Guys, remember, 10,000 apps came pouring in. Even if 8,000 of those are rejected immediately, there's still 2,000 highly qualified pilots for those few early spots. If you didn't get a TBNT, you're still in there.
It's hard to say "Be patient" but there's no alternative in this case... nothing else to do.

They have the system set up to be as fair as possible, with the computer program picking out candidates for video interviews (after of course, passing the assessment). No CP office visits will make anyone stand out. (A matter a fact, I heard this from a VERY good source; The short and direct story is they don't want pilots lining up outside the offices to 'drop by and say hello') …
In the mean time, all we can do is update and keep on enjoying life.

If you have not got the TBNT email, you passed it. Along with thousands of others. Forever FO says is pretty well
just update whenever you can and enjoy life. Hopefully the computer will spit us out at some point.
