How does seniority integration work now that the merger is done and both airlines are hiring? Is it doh for everyone hired from here on out?

I just noticed that when you click on Pilot careers on the aa website it takes you to the US Airways FO E190 position to apply for. No more AA pilot hiring site?

Found how to get the Organizational Fit Assessment to take if it's hanging up.

On your profile summary page, ensure "draft mode" is selected.
Save Profile.
Click "RESET" on the bottom row, the OFA will now go to a green check.
Ensure "PUBLISH" is selected and save it.

All checks go green.

You're right, it looks like to get on at AA you now need to use the same "HR-HAL" computer that US airways uses. It's the same application.

Does this mean that US airways is taking over all the hiring for the new AA now?

It's good and bad, the us airways interview is easier than aa's and they tend to choose a pretty diverse group to interview but I see now that the 2 options to get on at AA are now lowered to one option.

The website also could be going though some changes by the hour/day (which it obviously is). I would bet you will see a link to both very soon.

I imagine it's cost based. I can't imagine the AA process being cheap, especially compared to the US process.

When do the newhires all start to go to training in dallas?
I heard that the "captains class" that newly upgraded captains take a few weeks after they finish their type is being held in dallas next month.

There are just some website changes going on right now. Now (seconds ago) there are zero options or jobs for "pilot". It will probably change many times throughout the week or day.

There will be two options by the end of the week. Both companies included.
