It's been a couple hours. Is this something someone actually has to be in the office to "grade"?
It's not graded lol. The selection for the initial phase of the interview is done by computer. What ever has been programed into the software as a "good fit" will go into "they have a chance database". If your answers are not what AA wants to hear...a TBNT is in your future.

B fund is defined contribution. It doesn't care how old the recipient is so an older newhire is not cheaper. Based on insurance costs and sick use an older newhire is probably more expensive.

Hire a 21 yr old, or other young guy, over a 25, 30, or 35 yr old who probably has more experience and maturity? Probably not. But there are always exceptions, especially for young, focused, driven, and talented candidates with impressive resumes for their age.

Good luck to all.

I love these nebulous things where you have no idea what you answered wrong, given that a lot of the ?s were "do you spend time daydreaming about being famous" (no), "do you fantasize about winning the lottery" (no, don't play).

I'm sure some psych who wouldn't be able to land a Cessna 150 writes them.

No, those are actually good questions. If you spend time daydreaming about being famous and/or fantasize about winning the lottery on more than one occasion it shows you might not be content with who you are and where you are in your life at that moment. Just be honest in all those questions. No, I don't dream about being famous. And no, I don't fantasize about winning the lottery. I have never bought a ticket my whole life. Pilots who usually fail these questions often start answering not true and honest to themselves, but try and game the system to answer what they think the airline wants to hear. That's a kiss of death.

I did answer them honestly. I'm just trying to figure out what it is about my answers that makes an insta-reject. It's not like this is the first psych battery I've had to pass to get a job, but it's the first one that has been an instant reject.

Same here Paok. Did you publish your profile with the assessment portion still indicating that it was not complete?

I had same issue. Assuming it will process overnight and then show the little green check.
