Btw, usapa is already fighting this. They are saying the apa can't file until there is a single sli and their attorney will fight single carrier.
Counsel for USAPA believe that until seniority integration is completed, the determination of single carrier status is premature and will take that position with the NMB.

Has ANY other airline merger had one of its unions try to play this card of putting the horse before the cart. If this is true (and I have little doubt it is), it would be another demonstration to all how insane aliens from planet USAPA are.
