......and you're not obsessed with USAPA..........or the APA.....or shafting the West ?
Your assessment is the POV of a die-hard Usapian that defends and justifies just about everything they do, so it means little to me. Besides, it's tough for me to be obsessed about an entity that will soon be found only in history books discussing airline labor and Wiki. I just thought the other side of the story needed a revisit since you and some of your brethren continue to hijack threads to regurgitate the same old drivel in the belief that if you do that it will somehow become credible.

I'm obsessed with laughing at your professed disinterest. I'm sorry. Forgive me for laughing. Its just so funny.

From the companies filing:
“Aside from being an improper request for relief made in a response to US Airways’ motion, the purported reason for USAPA’s plea – that the four statements it does not like are mere “dicta” – is incorrect. The statements challenged by USAPA flow inexorably from this Court’s ruling, as urged by USAPA, that only certified collective bargaining representatives may participate in the McCaskill-Bond seniority-integration process, thereby precluding separate representation in that process for the West Pilots. Throughout this litigation, USAPA has repeatedly so argued to this Court. (See Doc. No. 95 at 1:16- 11:6; Doc. No. 108 at 1:5-8:6; Doc No. 211 at 11:2-15:3; Doc. No. 270 at 2:1-5:7, see especially at 4:13-17 (“Section 3 [of the Allegheny-Mohawk LPPs] expressly provides for agreement through collective bargaining between the carriers and the representatives of the employees affected. The only parties to the collective bargaining process are the certified union and the carrier.”

Yea, shut us down. 40% of the East voters didn't even bother to show up but, if you get a warm fuzzy, I'll leave you to it.
I find it ironic you gleefully eliminate your local PHX Reps from having a hand your fate, instead turning it over the the founder of USAPA whom you despise.

1. They really do like the guy.
2. They think he will look out for their interests.
3. There is a backroom deal working. (the same one that the company
and the APA were going along with (seat at the table)until Silver ruled that the West can not have a seat. Against the RLA and all.
Yea I know, that couldn't happen here etc. It's only 2 bankruptcy's, one terminated pension, and a soft landing all gone to crap. Not to mention the long history of ex MEC chairman riding the gravy train in management after their "service" to the pilots. But not this time right?
Raise your hand if you really believe the current Pres will ever fly again at this airline.
