It took me about a little over 2 months

Congratulations. As zero-zero said there's not really a predictable way to figure when you'll get out of the pool. I wouldn't read into a wait meaning you're somehow less qualified, either. All sorts of folk monitor these and other sites, so stay quiet until you're off probation. If you're interested in promotion, just stay quiet period. If you're not interested in promotion scream your head off after you've been here a year.

On the flight deck things are pretty mellow. Look forward to seeing you on the line.

My app status still says under review since September. Is that normal for those that got called?

The last person who posted stating his/her app was “under review” was asking about whether or not they should resubmit their application. I believe they were instructed not to do so. That’s the best I can do. Hopefully one of the newer folk can offer more pointed insight.

Here’s the truth. If you wanted to work here- should of applied in 2019- right now we are slammed and things in HR are moving slowly

There is good news! Vaccine is on the way for public perception, people are flying again. The airlines took a ton of early outs and now have a slight shortage when the flying comes back.

Atlas will still have the same CBA for a long time- so our attrition will sky rocket once again in 2022.

Hang in there!

So your advice is that someone should have done what you were telling them at that time not to do?

Dont mind him, my app was under review before I got the call for a phone screen. It’s going to take some time. Lots of Apps on file.

Default ATLAS or ATI

Hello friends. If one had an offer from both Atlas and ATI, who would you choose and why? Thank you for your time and serious responses.
