That's kind of the ENTIRE POINT here, the company does NOT negotiate. They only litigate and arbitrate.
So really what you're looking for are a group of people who are willing to actually bend over and let the company have their way. Go ahead and run for the position during the next election. Be sure to explain all of this during your campaign.

What has happened to Atlas is almost unbelievable. Not long ago Atlas had regional Captains lining up outside the door for the chance to fly for this company. As a former XJT pilot I remember ALOT of great people that left and had very high Hope's for their career heading over to Atlas. I even remember a time where it was an actual legitimate process (remember the technical test prior to even getting a phone call) that was required and many pilots discussing how hard the process was ect.
I think I can speak for most if not all K4 pilots that we truly hope you guys get something worth while and the company finally starts to respect the professional pilots that you are!!!

It doesnt sound right to say hey just come on over to K4 BUT anyone that wanted to From Atlas would be welcomed with open arms (even as a place to lay your head until the BIG 5 call). The one constant we have right now is a bullish businessman in CK and currently a good relationship with union/management...

40 pilots left since November (7% of our list) and half our 767 FOs were allowed to bid over to fill 777 slots (2 year seat lock lifted) so my guess is there will be hiring but how many and for how long is anyone's guess.
My opinion is if you can get out to the BIG 5 without leaving that's the best option. IF and only if you need a stable place while you transition than yes K4 would be an option.
Trust me when I say this, K4 is not immune to the same challenges that every ACMI carrier faces which include the task of retaining FOs. To me that's the biggest challenge going forward.
Also let it be noted that ALOT of pilots follow these threads to get the real (as many facts as possible online lol) information to make informed decisions. If Atlas managment doesnt make some major changes soon then I have a hard time believing it will last in it's current form...
