1-3 I’ll go with that.
The rest are individual cases and frankly stuff that a union needs to do.
Can’t count that towards a better deal for all.

Agree... I'd count the Strike Arbitration though... That was an important one.

I’ll repost a response to a thread reply I posted elsewhere on this forum.... haters may hate me for this but I am trying to help put DHL and Amazon into perspective for anyone who wants to listen... I am not a troll looking for trouble.... just trying to speak from actual experience with DHL since 1999.

Anything with its wagon attached to DHL (also Amazon who is using same formula) is wasted years of false hope and “Big Announcement” promises that don’t and won’t materialize .... I’ve lived it 3 times.... once as an actual DHL employee with a DHL paycheck and DHL employee number.... then beotch slapped over to Astar to become an ACMI employee... then Furloughed from Asstar over to Southern only to carry the same freight for half the money with 5-7 airline pilot groups salivating to cut your throat for scraps.
It’s called the “DHL Zone” for a reason......
With all the hiring out there ..... and the pilot shortage...stop wasting your time and future to have an actual future instead of false hope and promises...
Amazon is doing great with the DHL formula of pitting several airlines against each other to produce low wages, crappy retirement and sub standard yet expensive health insurance. You get out of line as a pilot group and get B-ch slapped by a new competitor agreeing to lower wages and crappier benefits that cut your throat.... or DHL/Amazon will move the aircraft they own or lease (that you are promised or currently operate) to a totally new or current competitor when you don’t agree to the sh—ty contract they shove down your throat after years of negotiations. You have no scope... just union infighting because competitors are under the same “Union Unbrella”. It’s F—-d up on so many levels that you can’t really see it until you live it then leave it.
If you wait too long.... next thing you know... your 50 years old with kids In College and a mortgage so you can’t afford to leave...If you are a young pilot... get the experience, upgrade with good experience and get the hell out..... don’t buy the big house... don’t get married and have kids and the expensive toys.... get experience and get out before you get strapped down and bent over.
I loved the people at all the above airlines.... but I could Not live it any longer. When I left the “DHL Zone” I have never slept more sound.... I stopped looking over my shoulder every 2 years worried if my job was secure...... if there was a future..... no more bull—-t.
All this is happening around you while the rest of the world has a pilot shortage and needs experienced pilots

Bean Burrito speaks the gospel, when I started at Atlas I had heard this a thousand times from DHL/Astar/ABX people, but I had to waste 8 years of my life to finally understand it.

I too have found so much more peace of mind, happiness, and improvement in my personal relationships since I left the DHL/Amazon zone.

This is all absolutely correct. There are more than a few of us who have been down this path and are trying to warn others that this is not a career choice you want to make.

DHL Airways had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
World Airways had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
Emery had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
Kitty Hawk had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
Gemini had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
Evergreen had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
ATA had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
North American had so much promise. So much potential. And it is now so gone.
Atlas has so much promise. So much potential...

Don't think it couldn't happen to you!
