Awesome, congrats and welcome aboard. If you’re bucking for a “Supper”, I’ll take care of it if we cross paths. You ARE excited, not a bad thing.

Yes, iPad for work, etc. and a company cell phone they call a Personal Communication Device (PCD).

*What’s nice about the PCD is aside from your schedule, email and multiple work/international travel apps, etc. it is your “wake-up call.” When it works of course, otherwise they call the room, your personal cell if you allow it and eventually a hotel person will come up to your room to see if you’re alive… ask me how I know

Good seafood there. Don't use your credit card.

On that note, they also give you a company credit card. Try using that one.

Do you still need a personal phone or do you just use the PCD for everything.

I bring my personal phone with me and have an international plan. The PCD takes care of company stuff and, after some fighting, we can actually make phone calls on it. It also has maps, etc. That thing runs a company launcher on top of an operating system, so it's a pain to use and crazy slow. When we solve problems with it more are introduced. So it works, but it works poorly. So you don't NEED a personal phone, but it makes life a lot nicer, especially if you get out and about.
