So I got the email saying I'm in the hiring pool and it asked to reply saying I'm interested. I of course replied yes but didn't get a reply. I figured that's just how it works until I get called for a class but just to check did anyone get a reply?

So frustrating just sitting around waiting for the phone to ring.

I called HR after I got the "hiring pool" email, asking if I was in the next class. She said yes, and thanks for calling. That was a couple of years ago. I have talked to several people that also called and got put in a class right after calling.

So how do you update your app/resume with Atlas....send your resume and questionnaire in again, or is there another preferred method?

That's what I did, for two years resubmitted every 30 or 60 days. Recently flew with one of the IBT reps who was in on the last round of interviews and he said they (HR) occasionally 'purge' the application stack. So, if true, its definitely to your benefit to put a new app in front of them every so often. Best of luck.
