The disclaimers are black and white-

The instant gratification culture we all now live in...

I suppose if one was invited to any airline interview over the last 50 years and didn't get that Job- it's a poor way to treat a possible employee- by your account...

Keep trying - it's a trait very few have anymore.

Has anyone heard any rumblings of Atlas planning to be at any job fairs this summer?

Haha same here. Don't want the same mediator that RAH had that's for sure!

Does the training dept. issue new hires access to CPaT prior to attending class? If so, usually how far in advance?

Yes, and it is irrelevant. Don't sweat it. Only Atlas crams 3 weeks of school into 9 weeks.

Yes, usually about 10 days prior, tho YMMV. Unfortunately they don't give you any guidance on which ones to focus on first. I recommend doing the ancillary ones like the AMC CRAF videos, Jepps, and the HR related ones just to get those out of the way. You'll have time in class and out to do the systems lessons, so spend your last week at home dealing with life and don't sweat the systems CBTs.

I wouldn't focus on any of them. Those CBTs are a waste of time. Just click through them and if you absorb some info then great but I would focus on studying more beneficial resources.

Which means that they then have six weeks to tell you what you haven't taught yourself!

As has been said many times in the past, the Atlas training is a do-it-yourself program. A little pre-study wouldn't hurt, but better to spend the time with your family and enjoy yourself prior to subjecting yourself to the checking center. Then when you get to MIA, string together a group of classmates to form study groups to teach yourselves all of the stuff Atlas won't!
