They said they have a class starting on Oct 10. There was a post earlier that claimed they do 24ppl every 3 weeks. Would that be a fair assumption in projecting future class dates? Or are there other variables that need to be accounted for?
I was told oct 10, 30th and then next 747 class not until December.
I also have a friend that will be in November 19 767 class

I have to disagree. Chaotic, yes. Partly because of being a large charter operation and largely due to culture.
Anti-pilot? MG at an airline that starts with an "A" has got to take that cake right now. And unlike him, the Atlas Suits don't fire pilots for making safety of flight decisions. Nor do they make much of a habit of firing pilots at all.
This place is "dynamic", to use a nice word, and labor/management relations are very poor at the moment. But I have had the misfortune to work for some evil CEOs, and these guys are not in that group. Tone deaf and bean focused, yes. But certainly not "The most anti-pilot management in the industry".
