If a recruiter really said 95 and you're not trolling (which I'm guessing you may be..?) they maybe meant for captains...
You make a lot more than 45k your second year. I made a lot more than that my 1st year.

This is not correct. Ask the guys that waited 6 months for OE. I think the take home pay was like 3100 a month!! (Yes OE time had decreased.... For now)

Regardless of what it's down to, you won't be making 95k in your first year unless you sell your soul to the company store. You'll simply get off training pay faster, not that it matters much without line credit guarantee protection. Expect to be dead-headed around the planet and not block as much as you think, while the only guarantee is 50 hours a month in your first year.

It is true for me. You were in August 2015 class, Your 1st W2 would only be for 4 months. I don't think to many people waited 6 months for IOE. 3100 take home a month for sitting at home, i would have liked a few months of that. Maybe I could have found another job.

Anyway you cut it Atlas is lagging at Pay, the management sucks, retirement sucks, and schedules suck. But it's still better than a Regional, and a few of the other AMCI carriers.

Here's my numbers:
2013 (11 months)- $44,171.14 total gross including $7,453.46 above guarantee (zero VX trips)

2014- $72,554.18, $10,587.04 (zero VX)

2015- $106,891.49, $38,510.95 (VX as available)

2016 YTD- $81,969.51, $27,080.95 (ZERO VX since August)

I generally try to bid lines valued at 75-80 hours, thus have cushion of hours above guarantee.

2013 - Started class in JAN B767 - $55.1K
2014 - $77.2K
2015 - $77.9K
2016 YTD - $61.8K
3 months to go but have vacation this month and will probably conflict training in DEC so looks like sub $80K again at the end of 4 years.
