I did the Phone interview on July 21st, Took Technical July 23rd (Saturday), received formal interview offer on Monday morning, the 25th. August 23rd interview date in MIA.

I interviewed in Jan and got the pool letter about 2 weeks later in Feb. My arms were getting tired swimming around in that pool but all worth it in the end!

Online Assessment Results
Maybe the Online Assessment has changed...
When I completed the Assessment, I was asked if I wanted a report. I was even given the option to send the results to my EMail (including the missed questions). It seems I am the only one to be given this option. Any one else?
I was given a summary as follows:

General Subjects: 6 of 9 correct
Airplane & Navigation: 2 of 3 correct

Airway & Airport Charting: 7 of 8 correct
Also included were the specific questions that I missed with the appropriate answers. I used this to prepare for the interview.

Technical Interview
If it makes you feel any better, I felt like I was SWIMMING in the Technical Interview - without a LIFE JACKET!
Hopefully, I made my money in the HR Portion.
I can say that the Panel was very good at making me feel comfortable and letting me sell myself. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. I was very impressed by the overall friendliness of all the personnel. I was there the same day as Tomcat and I was asked slightly different questions. I was also asked fewer questions - maybe because I was running my mouth!
I'm hoping to hear in the next couple of days.
