I took the online test on the 4th. I passed and think i did pretty well. How long does it take to get a call for an interview? I've heard of some folks getting the call with in 24 hours. Is this normal? Or does it take a little while longer?

No letter yet...
Tomcat,
I haven't seen a letter yet. Have you heard from any of the other Candidates?
To all others, during the Tech Portion, I was asked a couple of vaguely related questions to those I had missed on the Online Assessment.
The Tech Portion is not easy. The questions were quite random and pretty obscure. Example: What are the procedures for weather avoidance on the NATs?
I am quite certain that the questions are different for each interview group.
I would attempt to have a good grasp of the questions that you missed. BTW - When I took the ONLINE Assessment, I was given the opportunity to print a report of the questions I had missed (including the correct answer).
Best of luck!

Here are most of the interview questions that were given to me in the interview.
Also knowing about the company profile is a most.
These questions were ask by a panel of three people, one pilot (union Rep), one HR, one Operations guy, Nice and relax
The other two interviews are more intensive, one is technical questions and the other employment history, your flight time, background and some personal questions about your pilot licenses," if been involve in any accident or related to the faa"
What's going to keep you at Atlas when Jet blue calls
Why you are good for Atlas
If you in my shoes what kind of pilot would you hire
Tell me about a time you deal with stress
What is CRM
Why Atlas
Tell me about a time you had to use CRM
Tell me how can you help control the cost at Atlas
What would you do with a non standard pilot
What would you do with a Grumpier or cranky pilot
What would you do with a drunk Pilot
Tell me about a time you had a bad experience with a supervisor
How were you interested in flying
What can you bring to Atlas
How would define your self
What other people say about you
What are What are your strengs and your weakness
How you started in Aviation
Why you are good for Atlas
Describe your self
Tell me about a time you took care of a problem
What are your goals.
Remember "BE YOUR SELF".
Best of luck! And let us know how it went.
Tomcat.
