Hiring pool
I love to get some posts going in regard to people in the pool. I am curious when the guys in training now were added to the pool? I interviewed in Sept and was added to the list. I estimate less than 40 in the pool, but that is just based on how many in my interview were added and estimated to interview dates per month.

I too interviewed in September, and am in the pool. I was just chatting with a friend who interviewed today, and he was told that there are about 10 people currently in the pool. He was also told that classes may not be every three weeks, but there will be more classes this year. This is all hearsay evidence of course and in no way submittable in court.

Kyle in HR told me he wasn't aware of any forecasted interviews in November or December, but this may change depending on their evolving requirements. I'm in the interview pool since I missed the initial phone interview call in early October; once I completed the online exam, all slots for this month's interviews were taken.
