Just be yourself. I didn't even know there was a phone interview nor did I recognize the number as belonging to Atlas when they called, so I answered solely off the cuff. I later learned a friend did not get past the phone interview and he suspects it was because he had written responses prepared and was reading them, thus coming off a bit canned.

Beyond that, know what Atlas does as a business. If you let them know you understand it is possible you could be gone up to 21 days, that your schedule can be in flux the whole time and you can convince the HR rep that you are okay with that changing schedule. Well, then you just might get pushed on to the test. Good luck.

It's not completely empty, we have a guy in our unit that still waiting for a class date. He interviewed a couple of months ago...

But good to hear if you are a stockholder...never have been an airline stockholder, and especially not where I work. Not a good idea...but that is a different discussion (and I'm not capable of an intelligent conversation beyond what I've already said!!).
