I think it may be time to call our HR folks and make your case...can it really hurt?!!...or have your sponsor do it on your behalf. Just my opinion of course, but it may not hurt if you call and politely ask about your status.

Thoughts?

Don't be shy, call HR and shack the bushes. I believe, with the new hiring system, they plan on emptying the pool of the old system guys before spinning up the recent interviewees. The union raised some questions about fairness and got a good answer for the current poolies. The new system does not use scores to place you in any order. You are either Highly Recommended, Recommended or Do Not Recommend. They will be mixing the HR's with the R's in each class to have a nice balance.

In the new system, you will receive an HR, R or DNR from three groups, technical, Human Resources and a floater that watches things as the day progresses. You are always being evaluated. HAVE FUN!

We are hearing of more interviews next month.

I wish we could get feedback. If not highly recommended I would like to know what I could improve about myself. But HR highly guards such "secrets."

Have you contacted anyone at all over the past year? At least drop them an email. I sent DB an email right around the six month mark just to check in and see what was going on. Less than a week later I was called for class. If you want it you have to be proactive about it. We've been told that there are three more classes coming up. Hopefully you will be in class soon.

Yep sure did. Just got an email back around the Feb class time and it said that they didn't have a class for me this time round but I am still in the pool. There should be a time limit for swimming, but its not like i would want to have to go through the whole interview process again either. They just need a system that doesn't leave people hanging.
