I've been in pool since Aug12 as well and was wondering the same thing. Heard that there will be a class of 4 every month starting in OCT through next year due to the new DHL flying and seat locks expiring. Hooefully we all get in soon.

Also in the pool from the 12th, haven't heard a word, though they did tell us that there would be some 767 classes in September during the interview. I'm from the fractionals obviously.

The pool was running a year+ long not too long ago so not being in the pool even a month is doing good. Have patience, our movement is picking up it's pace

For those in the pool, the four additional 767's will hopefully shorten your swim. This is likely to be especially true for anyone current and qualified on the 767. Last year there was also a need to staff for the two 300F's and I went from interview to checkride in four weeks to the day! Hope to see you all on the line soon!

Just sharing my experience since we're probably close to drowning in the same boat. I'm also a MIA guy so we probably work out of the same crew room. I will say, though, that the guy who sent my stuff in DID get an email that said my packet had been taken off the pile and is in the "pool" to take the online test! That was exciting but also was about 6 months ago. So, take that for whatever it's worth.
Consider yourself lucky and apply somewhere else. Atlas Air SUCKS!!!!! Worst job I ever had in my life!!! Its all about managment there. Atlas is a company that will soon start to fall apart. The writing is on the wall..... Trust me!!!

Man how I regret leaving the right seat on that 747 back in 2003. I would have all sorts of PIC jet time by now. I guess we live and we learn...
