Or the lack of a meaningful response when they took the Crimean in the first place…That and the ever growing dependence of Europe on Russian oil and gas pretty well green-lighted current problems.

It's fascinating to watch the pivot over the last few weeks. First you said that the west should stand down and let the unstoppable Russian juggernaut take whatever it wants.
