Man it is time to put down the potato chips and kool aid and read the room. The original plan for profitability was in mid 2022. Then fall 2022. Then Q1 2023, then Q2, then summer, then late 2023. Now it’s next year. The can keeps getting kicked. We keep losing money. What else is there to evaluate?

What do you mean? Lol the fact that they’ve even be around for 3 years and growing too is a miracle. All we can look at are the trends. It hasn’t been easy for obvious reasons. Unless you are a legacy, things have been pretty tough the last several years if you’re a low cost airline. There’s not much we can do about it, other than just go some place else.

If we can't compete with the current capacity, there no way we compete with future capacity. That being said - I think the one caveat to this is a large carrier exiting the market. We'll see.

the only reason we keep planes in the air is because it’s all paid for on a “credit card”. Our funding ran out once and David had to sell part of his stake and our restricted stock unit value to get more funding. And now we’ve lost all of that too. I really can’t explain any better. I have no clue if we will still be here in 6 months. We’ve missed every growth and profitability mark by leaps and bounds. Last fall I really started doubting the place, and each month since has been worse and worse
6 months?? Being a bit dramatic? They probably would have made a deal with Southwest already if that was the case

why would Southwest want to buy a failing airline for 350+ million that only has 18 planes and no worthwhile routes? You say that like it’s a given that someone “wants” to buy us

there is a reason pilots don’t run airlines. If we did we would only fly Tuesday and Thursday 9-5. They someone would complain that is was every Thursday. SWA needs more planes than Breezes entire order book.

From: DOWNGRADE COMPLETE: Thanks Gary. Thanks SWAPA.
18?! I thought you had 25 A220s on property with 65 more firm orders to come and 30 more options beyond that?

I really don't care if Southwest wanted to buy us or not, I'm just saying... You're being dramatic. Breeze is certainly in a much better shape than it was before, looks like in better shape than some of the other Low cost carriers. It's certainly true that we haven't made a profit yet though but at least we're close to break even.
