Does any thread reflect that…other than the Yearly Salary thread? It’s APC, its where most come to vent about their place and for others looking for hiring info.

From what I heard, ALPA legal looked at it and said it's legal (willing to be corrected on this). As for ethics... questionable. The way I see it, payroll has always been an issue here. The company has consistantly under-funded payroll teams, leading to this, and many other pay/compensation oversights. Do you think the company is really willing to put up cash to recover the overpayments though?

If you were over paid it's legal. Pilot pay at many airlines is complicated and errors are made. It behooves you to check each pay check carefully to see if you were either under or over paid.

Oh, got it. Yeah, that's a little crappy. I guess some will say that you should've noticed and put the money aside, but I'm really bad at looking at my stub - as in look at my deposits in my bank and say, nice. Honestly, if it was a little bit over a lengthy time period, I probably wouldn't notice it.
