Guess you didn't understand what I was saying. Your holding company does have that power to merge regardless of what your group thinks. You would have to set up an ISL committee and then enter into a JCBA negotiations. Your JCBA would be negotiating from a lower base, hence the ATI contract. Don't forget your union is simply tied to the certificate thats all. Personally wouldn't want to be in your shoes over there. You have a pilot group that will work for half the amount and cross your line.

First off, I agree with Motor. You haven't a F'n clue what you're talking about.
Second, ATI is NOT willing to work for half the amount. We are in negotiations to better our lot and profession. like I've said before, K4 showed that you can be a home based airline and have an industry standard if not leading contract.
Third, we worked what we we were contracted to work and ONLY what we were contracted to work. We never touched anyone's else work. In the absence of any warning our group was caught completely in unawares and getting conflicting stories and direction on what was happening. It is what it is.
Please keep your BS confined to your desk and let the adults do the real work.
