I think they should get the representation they want and deserve.

The same representation that is getting ATI such a wonderful new contract.

The same representation that told ATI it is okay to cross the ABX picket line.

The same representation that Spirit pilots are complaining about.

The same representation that has failed regional pilots for decades.

The same representation that takes care of the big airlines but not the small ones. I guess K4 pilots think ALPA will treat them like Delta, United, and FedEx. Newsflash for K4.....you are not one of the big three.

K4 and Omni pilots just love to disparage the Teamsters for being dominated by Atlas pilots. But when elections were held a couple of months ago, NOBODY from K4 or Omni even bothered to run. The only thing they run is their mouths. All talk and no action.

 

If I wanted to be dead at 50, I would of stayed at Mesa, and let the stresses of commuting get to me. The extremely rare case of a very long duty day, a couple of times a year, I will do with a smile on my face, compared to the former.

I am NOT a fan of ALPA, I think they are gutless wimps that need to be ***** slapped, but I’d rather have freedom through them than letting 1224 kill our ability to bid for some contracts over a stupid duty day.

 

We bid for AND WIN the exact same contracts K4 does. You usually get our scraps because we have so much that we can't fulfill any more.

OR is it because you are trying to undercut us and give Connie an advantage. That is it. Your trying to become the next ATI and screw over the other cargo carriers!

I genuinely hope K4 continues to improve, because if it does we all win.

 

I’d say Atlas needs to improve to come up to K4 standards.

 

Totally. I keep asking why people think 1224 is all about Atlas because isn't Atlas (plus SAI) the absolute bottom barrel in terms of CBA's at 1224?

Ok guys our fellow pilots are not the enemy, we are all professionals that want to earn a good living and take care of our families. Most of us already have our minds made up, so sniping at each other is going to do nothing but generate hate and discontent which truly serves no purpose. Yes this vote is generating a ton of controversy, but regardless of how this turns out we can agree to disagree, and still be friends.
