Damn! The rates JV is flashing are better than what Soapy is pushing. Soaper and company came late to the party so he hadn't witnessed a "Teamster Smack-down" as of yet. He's trying to push us to a concessionary contract--I guess being damaged goods (according to Soapy) it's the best we can expect. Two ****ed off pilot groups working together is a frightening thing. See you at the bonfire!

Those are DOS numbers

They show a DOS +5 column on the sheet. It looks like a 2% COLA increase. I haven't actually calculated but thats what it appears to be.

Ive heard others say that turkey alone causes fatigue. I had no idea mixing little BS in there could make you sick. Ill take your word for it though. More of a ham guy myself.

You guys don't have to be that suggestive. All the management groups involved know that if something doesn't happen between now and the Holidays games will commence after thanksgiving.

Personally I bet that ramp will partially shut down with sick and fatigue calls and you guys will start a poop storm that will make Katrina look like a small beachfront gale.

I know all the other desk pilots are in denial but Im taking the wife on a cruise in December.

The pay scale that was put out is WAY out of Red Face Buckys league.
The person that put this together could in fact make rational thought and could control a toothbrush I bet.


Lets look at the pay scale for example. It is overly inflated for the year 1-5 captain at a 70-41% increase respectively. Notice where a majority of the new hire captains fall and the upgrade time. They were targeting them specifically.

This plus some of the Legacy vote would put management in the game. The CNC no doubt saw this for what it was. Bucky being the shrewd tactician that he is thought he'd just email it around the cnc and go direct.

This as well as the lying to us as new hires just reeks of what some of us have dealt with for years and sick of.





cTr: You really wanna do something for morale and do it cheaply? Just go get a bag of those novelty teeth off Amazon and hand them out when management comes around. Make sure the CNC gets several. Then go paint some teeth on that Maserati.

I cant sink to that level. While Im not a fan of the new long wheelbase Maseratis I could never deface a work of art.

There is a local SOB that Ive hated for decades. He drives a Aston DB11. The curves on that car are timeless not to mention the sound and even the feel. By no means should you deface such art and beauty because of who owns it. While Im not saying its right but it would be less "wrong" to go bust his Latina trophy wife in the face, she has a choice.

Everyone seems ****ed off. Looks like the biggest benefit goes to 2nd year captains. Even they aren't in support of it. Seems like this turned out to be an epic fail
