[QUOTE=NeverHome;3079461]So which is it? All about the money or, as stated by you:

Wow....that difficult huh? Try to follow along..its about TOTAL compensation not just hourly rate...soft pay..DB contributions..reassignment pay..disability pay. Hell I was out on medical 10 months in 20@# and made 205K on disability! It's really not that hard...well I guess for some it is.

Does your disability have to do with spelling, punctuation, and multiple, identical posts?

What is difficult is reading where you say it’s all about the pay yet saying your contract has 41 articles so it’s more than the pay. That is contradictory and confusing.

I agree a contract is more than the pay. And working at a company is more than the contract. If you have all the money in the world but work at a company that has a toxic culture, what is that worth?

Again...total pay. Not only hourly. My comment was regarding ATI signing a horrible contract for a bump in pay...they left everything on the table.

Touch a nerve did I ? Have nothing useful to add I guess. Must be pretty close to the mark.

I believe his comment had nothing to do with the thread subject. He was having a bit of fun with the consistent display of marginal literacy in your posts. Others have tried to subtly point this out to you in previous posts, I’m just being more direct.

You must have voted for the current contract. I must be getting close to the bone. As you said...nothing to do with the thread subject.
Diversion....if you have no knowledge of the thread subject...nothing useful to add. I love it! This is a hoot!

This IS a hoot. And I did vote for the current CBA, prior to retiring, for the many advantages you regularly point out: reassignment pay, vacation slide, other soft pay issues nonexistent in the ACMI world. I was able to retire at age 60 with a defined benefit, retiree health care and a 401k saved over more than a quarter of a century. All saved in a “concessionary” contract negotiated by some great people who are mostly still there. Be sure to thank them next time you see them. You and I had a great run at Airborne/ABX. Keep ATSG profitable and keep funding our retirement.🤫
