2. with this new pay rate of 100 first year, and 132 second year, this is based on 65 guarantee hours per month right? 13 bids , 74 hour guarantee per bid 100 a hour

3. How is your guys' training department? is it as good as ATI/Omin/ABX is (their department is run by retired line check airmen who take the training very serious, well run depts)? Same thing they are all ACMI.

4. How much is per diem?

5. with this new pay scale, how much can a first year and second year FO make gross? this is assuming the FO picks up open time when available etc. CURRENT CONTRACT first year FO can break over 100k easy.

6. When will the new pay be into effect? JUNE 23,2023

7. Do you have to live in miami? and positive space tickets? No and yes

8. are all your 767/757 glass cockpit upgraded, or are there still some running on straight six packs/ steam guages. We only have a few that are not Glass cockpits.

9. Do they have GPS? ACARS? CPDLC? do you use EFB or still paper charts? Why are you worried about having GPS and ACARS ? I would say 90% of the fleet has ACARS/CPDLC

10. Do you like working here or no? how is company culture? Amerijet is great to work for and flying and guys to work with are cool.
pardon my ignorance, but how is there 13 bids in a year, when there is only 12 months in a year?

and thanks!

13 bid periods x 4 weeks = 52 weeks = ~1 year

What else has changed besides the compensation package? What about the catering terms?
Does anyone have a copy of the new CBA they can share?

Do pilots at AJT get paid more than their minimum guarantee?
Do you guys often pick overtime? Are other contract clauses that add up to your pay like trip and duty rigs?
In your experiences, and in rough percentage, how much more over the min pay (70X13X hourly rate)you would say you make?
Thanks
