Bid every month. The 12 off is hard, but the number of on days can vary.

Where are the new routes coming from? DHL, new amazon flying that I hear rumors about, or the Cargojet flying?

21Air is getting the remainder (7) of the Atlas Amazon aircraft.

So what happened with ABX getting them? And the contract extension 401k?

Dunno. Performance doesn't seem to be an issue. It's looking like the initial 10 will be on line a month ahead of the original schedule and staffing is tight, but we're not having a problem filling classes with a much higher level of experience than we were getting before and we're getting new hires on line without significant delays. Upgrades have mostly gone through without any problems.

We in the peanut gallery had largely assumed that the option was for the remainder of the Atlas 767s. There were some who thought that might not be it. Given that the option was for 10 more and there are only 7 to give to 21Air, it's possible that there are 10 more out there somewhere in the ether waiting to materialize. Or not. Amazon does what they want to do.

I don't see where you're going with your second question. We ratified the extension. The extra 1% bonus on the 401(k) is based on our on-time performance for the year and nothing else.

It is just CVG crew bus rumor until a plane actually arrives and is operated by someone else. Most who have been around cargo a long time know how this works.

21 Air has a highly experienced ownership/management team who are focused on growth. If I were considering where to work, I would give this more weight than a rumor about one possible customer.

I had an opportunity to go to 21A a few years back as a DEC, unfortunately a medical issue got in the way of that. Could any of you folks that are currently there reach out in a private message. I’d like to reconsider my opportunity there should it be granted.

Thanks

What are the chances of getting a call back without an ATP but a bit above ATP mins and ATP/CTP completed?

Of course if you're lucky enough to get a bunk you can listen to the Kalitta guys yammer in the middle of the night right out side your room.

There is nothing good in anyones life going anywhere near 21Air.

Any other opinions on their training and what the work environment’s like?

about 3 posts up from yours, if you'd read it, they said they were getting significantly higher qualified applicants than before.

I'd say that's chances of zero under these conditions.
