crew never turned on the beacon. Ground screamed at them twice for not following directions. The English was poor. Guess they don’t know how to handle a low altitude capture on the 76 cus they blew past 2500 clearance and you could tell they were struggling to get the airplane on track and on altitude. ATC was livid.
not Worth putting your cert on the line for a 36st Venezuelan money laundering outfit. You be better off flying a paper airplane.

no offense but it’s prolly good they aren’t calling you. The other night we taxied behind a DHL cargo south clapped out 767 in Newark.

I've heard some scary stories of friends jumpseating on 21 SCARE
Terrain warning and cfit manuvers, high altitude stalls, automation issues.... The majority of the pilots english is their second language.
Amazing they haven't bent up a 767 yet
They are also in cahoots with Cargojet, exploiting a loophole with temporary aircraft certificates and signing over airplanes from Cargojet to 21air with a logbook entry and then operating domestic US flights, then signing the aircraft back over and flying back to Canada. Basically cabotage

You would not honestly believe what goes on there. It’s the management team that perpetuates the complete madness though. The D.O. and C.P., are old buddies from the 36 street gangs back in the day. They don’t know anyway else. The owners are real pieces of work and 21Air is set up to fly “Struck” freight if sister Cargojet goes on strike. You will be forced to get a Canadian validation to do this very thing. If you don’t you’re fired! You gotta read about the Chief Pilot they had previous! You honestly would have been shocked even for 36 street but he buggered off to the other bottom 767 freighter op in MIA. There is only one place worse than 21Air and that is World Atlantic. These two are where you go when no one else will take you.
My surprise (not really) is that after all the incidents and poor training and conditions, the FAA let’s these companies continue operate but no one else will fly the flowers (and the bodies and that famous white stuff) in and out of S.A. It’s really just that simple. You’re honestly better at Alligator Alcatraz than 21Air. At least you won’t have to get on a Sanford and Son beater and fly thru the night and hope you make it.

That is hilarious, because we keep hiring your ten plus year captains here at 21Air.
And Because we are paid better, and treated better, with nicer equipment than yours with a BETTER union contract..
Tell your BS somewhere else.

Amazon simulators? I am not aware of Amazon having entered the simulator business. If they have, they're probably cheap Chinese knock-offs with brand names composed of five random capital letters like AMQXO or some such.

Since my question was answered sarcastically, any chance you know a good place to send an updated resume? Looking at a furlough and this company seems like a nice change of pace. Also, what would be competitive for a direct entry captain? Thanks
