All we want is a fair and equitable contract which provides for our personal needs. Exactly what you want. It's unfortunate that UPS and the IPA have such bad blood between us. If the airline structure was run like a tradition airline where you move from line to management to line then we would all be equal. But UPS wants it this way and thus you must behave this way.
