Don't know what you mean here. We do get a min pay per day. 6:00.

Here's a couple on my list:
1. Disruption pay for reserve pilots.
2. NO MOVABLE r-day.
3. Jumpseat protection for reserves inbound to Memphis.
4. Showpay for reserves reverting back to the last contract (should apply to RLG AND leveling.
5. Increase in Per diem (a nickel is a JOKE!!!)
6. Increase in Uniform allowance (same for over 15 years)
7. Increase in new-hire pay ($2000 the same for over 15 years)
8. Fix substitution
It's going to be a BIG list.

10 ideas just off the top of my head(in no particular order):
1) trip-rig 3.5:1
2) 25 yr retirement with no penalty(any age).
3) Scope clause that might hold up in court, including all off shore flying.
4) Scheduling. No Day/Night, No same duty D/H. Much more here...
5) Remain on duty during hub turns for pay purposes.
6) Increase "B" fund.
7) Lump sum retirement option.
8) VTO's built by seniorty
9) Pay for trips missed for recurrent.
10) A standard corporate ex-pat package for FDA's.
